- For orders placed well in time, deliveries will be on the desired date. The delivery time is not guaranteed but is normally between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., depending on the nature of the product and the delivery address.
- We reserve the right to pre-pone or postpone the delivery in exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to ring up the recipient in advance to check on the delivery address and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order without assigning any reason whatsoever. However, in all we will refund the amount.

- When an order is cancelled upon request 3 days prior to delivery, the full amount (less the credit card charges) is refunded within 3 days. No refund is allowed for gift vouchers and eat-out vouchers, because these vouchers are usually purchased as soon as the order is received.
