Khanderao Market
Khanderao Market, named after Khanderao Gaekwad, Maharaja of Baroda from 1856 to 1870, was built by Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III in 1906 and presented by him as a gift to the municipality to mark the Silver Jubilee of his administration. The offices of the Vadodara Municipal Corporation (Vadodara Municipal Seva Sadan) are located in this building. The area behind the building is occupied by a market for vegetables and flowers.
